While they celebrate the outcome, great leaders also understand the value of pointing out and recognizing the specific behaviors and activities that led to that success.Noticing what an employee does right shows they are valued and appreciated, boosts their morale, and motivates them to do it again! The good news is that, overall, 59% of those surveyed believe they receive appropriate recognition at work. Of course, that means the bad news is that 41% dont receive the pats on the back they deserve for a job well done, and that has greatly increased from 29% last year.
