The Culture Consultation is a high-impact, no-cost working session for company decision-makers to meet with an Up Your Culture Engagement Specialist or Culture Coach.
Before the session, you’ll complete a brief self-assessment. During the consultation, we use our Engagement Elevators framework to highlight strengths, uncover opportunities, and identify specific actions that can improve engagement, performance, and alignment across your organization. You’ll leave with fresh insight into your culture and a clearer picture of what to prioritize next.
