As part of our program, participants are given a variety of tools they can bring back to their teams to increase employee engagement and improve team morale. A popular example of these is Culture Graffiti, an activity designed to spotlight each individual on a team and identify for them the qualities their coworkers most value.
Participants are given the opportunity to experience Culture Graffiti themselves during the Up Your Culture workshops, so they have a first-hand knowledge of the positive effects it has on engagement. Then they are given everything they need to bring Culture Graffiti back to their teams.

Up Your Culture includes engagement surveys, a kick-off workshop for all leaders, one-on-one coaching with managers, and a series of webinars to help support the transformation.
